ScienceDirect interface updated
The ScienceDirect interface was updated on Saturday, September 6 as part of a longer-term initiative to improve site efficiency and effectiveness for the user.

A mobile article that's easy to read? See it for yourself
Applying the rule of KISS (Keep It Simple, ScienceDirect): Designing a new mobile article page.
It’s
not always easy to design a page for a mobile device that displays a
lot of information while at the same time being easy to read. A
peer-reviewed article and a well-designed display on a smartphone or
tablet - are perhaps not necessarily two areas that connect well.
This was a challenge that the ScienceDirect designers decided to take on.
