Happy Revising!

We hope your revising is going well...

Please be aware of how your voice can carry and disturb others - Keep your voice low and conversations to a minimum.

Our opening hours for the remainder of this academic term are:

Mon - Wed    09.00 – 22.00
Thur - Fri       09.00 – 21.00
Saturday       10.00 – 17.00

*Closed Bank Holiday Monday the 4th May. 

Dublin Rd. library has opened up extra seating on the ground floor of the library in the Training Room and the IT Room - these are silent individual spaces.

We appreciate that you may be studying hard over long hours, but when the library is busy there may not be enough seats for everyone - so please vacate your space if you are taking a break. We also advise you never to leave your valuables unattended, as unfortunately thefts may occur.

Don’t forget that library staff are here to help you locate any materials you may need as you prepare for your exams. If you have any questions please just ask!

Free books today from 3.30pm in Union Square!

23rd April is World Book Night. The aim of World Book Night is to encourage reading and on this night thousands of books are given away throughout Britain and Ireland. For more information see  http://www.worldbooknight.org/.

So, if you haven't thought about going to a bookshop or a library for a while or if you are an avid reader, come down to Union square this afternoon, grab a book and enjoy!

And when all the free books are gone.... there gone!

Science Advances, the free, new open access journal from AAAS, is now available online. The next generation in the Science family of journals, Science Advances features high quality, peer-reviewed research across the sciences.

This weeks opening hours

We know it is sunny outside but Dublin Rd. library is open the remainder of this week from 09.30 – 21.00 (*desk services end at 17.00) and Saturday 11th from 10.00 – 17.00.
