The Dublin Road campus library will be open this Saturday 19th Oct from 10am to 1pm for GMIT Open Day.

Library Ireland Week 2013

Library Ireland Week will take place from the 11th – 15th November 2013.

The week raises the profile of Irish libraries and information service professionals and showcases the resources, facilities, events, and services to be found across the Irish library landscape. P-counter Now Accepting New €5 Notes

A new note acceptor has been put in the p-counters for topping up your printing and photocopying accounts.

The kiosk now accepts both old and new €5 notes.

EndNote Online is an online bibliographic service which will help you store and organise your references.

The following sessions are scheduled for October/November 2013:

Self Service - Out of Order

Please note that the library's self service machine, for issuing and returning books, at the main campus is out of order.

If you wish to issue or return books please go to a member of staff at the issue desk. 
The desk is open from 9.30am each morning and closes at 9:30pm Monday - Wednesday, 9:00pm Thursday and 5:00pm Friday.

We hope to have the self-issue working as soon as possible.
