New Collection of Books - Wines & Spirits

The library is pleased to announce a collection of books kindly donated by the family of the late Brian Walshe. Brian who was a retired member of staff in the GMIT Hotel & Catering Deptartment died recently.

Brian's family donated a collection of almost 300 books mainly on the subject of wine. The family will officially launch the Brian Walshe collection on Monday 4th April 2011 in the main library.

Part of the collection is currently on display in the main foyer of the Dublin Rd. library.
