DawsonEra eBooks update

In line with industry best practice security measures, Dawson eBooks would like to notify you that they have enabled the reCAPTCHA functionality on the dawsonera Reader platform today. This is being implemented as part of their ongoing effort to maximise the security of content and accounts.

Most users will be completely familiar with this feature as it is a common occurrence on websites and therefore we are confident that it should not impact the user experience on the platform.

Technical problems with dawsonera download

We are experiencing some problems with our dawsonera download function. Our technical team are working hard to rectify the situation, but in order to fix the problem as soon as possible we will need to disable the function until later on this afternoon. The issue with this service has not affected the online reader function, which is working as normal.

We will update you on this matter as early as possible this afternoon.

Thank you for your continued patience. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
